ELIMINATION
DIET

A simple reset to uncover food triggers, reduce inflammation, and feel your best.

WHY TRY THE ELIMINATION DIET?

The elimination diet is a short-term nutrition plan designed to help identify food triggers that may be contributing to symptoms such as digestive problems, fatigue, headaches, skin irritation, joint aches, mood changes, and more.

By removing common food triggers for 3–4 weeks and then reintroducing them one at a time, you can discover how different foods impact your body. The goal isn’t long-term restriction—it’s about giving your gut a chance to heal, reducing inflammation, and ultimately enjoying a wider variety of whole, nourishing foods.

KEY BENEFITS AND OUTCOMES

  • Identifies food triggers (allergies, sensitivities, intolerances)

  • Reduces inflammation and supports gut healing

  • Improves microbiome balance and immune health

  • Encourages awareness of food-body connection

  • Provides nutrient-dense, colorful meals filled with phytonutrients
