Maureen knows firsthand how challenging weight loss can be—she’s been on that journey herself. Her own struggles and successes inspired her to open TrimMedix, with the goal of helping others feel supported, empowered, and confident as they take control of their health.

Before starting TrimMedix, Maureen built a successful career as a tech executive, leading teams in a fast-paced industry. While she thrived professionally, she felt called to do work that created meaningful, personal impact. So she brought her leadership skills into healthcare, trading boardrooms for exam rooms and spreadsheets for people.

Today, as a Certified Medical Assistant and Practice Manager, she blends empathy with experience—ensuring every TrimMedix patient feels heard, cared for, and set up for success—a philosophy fully supported by her cat, Sochi, who remains convinced she’s the real boss.
