This policy explains how ProMed Preferred WA Professional Corporation, doing business as TrimMedix ("TrimMedix," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), and how you can exercise your rights.
It applies to consumer health data we collect through our website, online forms, and emails, such as when you download a guide or request a free consultation.

When you request healthcare services, we may share information with healthcare professionals, scheduling and intake platforms, and other organizations involved in coordinating or providing requested services. Protected health information governed by HIPAA is addressed separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Categories of information shared. Depending on the purpose, we may share contact information associated with health-related interests, consultation requests, information voluntarily submitted through forms or communications, and website or device activity that may reveal health-related interests. We share these categories only as permitted by applicable law.
